I.How do we collect and use your personal information?

You understand and agree that:

FauxLab is a lifestyle platform for young people. FauxLab's mission is to "Inspire Lives, share and discover the wonders of the world". Users can record their daily lives through short videos, pictures and texts, share their lifestyles, and interact based on their interests. In this policy, we will explain to you the scope of personal information that may be collected for each function, the purpose of collection, the method of collection, and the possible consequences of refusing to provide personal information. Please be aware that if you refuse to provide the corresponding information necessary for the realization of each function, you can still use other functions of FauxLab App.

We will follow the principles of legitimacy, legality and necessity to collect and use the personal information you actively provide during the use of our services or generated by the use of our products and/or services for the following purposes described in this policy. If we want to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use the collected information for other purposes based on specific purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and obtain your consent again before use. 1. Account registration and login

1.1. When you register and log in, if you use the one-click login function, based on our cooperation with communication operators, we will collect your [mobile phone number and network operator information] to provide you with quick login services; at the same time, to help you complete the registration process, we will also collect your [interests] to provide you with FauxLab initial services.

1.2.If you use a third-party account to log in, in order to meet the requirements of the online real-name system, we will separately collect your mobile phone number to complete the real-name authentication before you use the functions and services that require real-name authentication such as posting, commenting, etc.Please consider carefully before providing such information. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions normally.

1.3. You can also choose to fill in or change your avatar, name, gender, birthday, occupation, region, school, profile, and outfit information to complete your information according to your needs, but if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of this product and related services.

1.4. If you successfully register a FauxLab account, we will display your name, profile picture, region, and profile information in FauxLab applications and websites.

1.5. When using the services provided by the "FauxLab" client application and related websites, the account you registered with the "FauxLab" client application can simultaneously log in to the "FauxLab Video Edition" (tentative, the specific name shall be subject to the name marked when it goes online, hereinafter referred to as "FauxLab Video Edition") and other different versions of client applications and obtain FauxLab Video Edition related services and use related functions, except for some cases where third-party accounts are used for registration. If you use this account to log in and use FauxLab Video Edition, you shall be subject to the "FauxLab Video Edition" User Service Agreement, "FauxLab Video Edition" Privacy Policy and related agreement terms.

2. Provide you with products and/or services

2.1. Information browsing, publishing, liking, collecting, and sharing functions

2.1.1. In order to provide you with our core information display service and recommend notes and related information that may be of interest to you, we will collect your personal information, your gender, birthday, browsing history (your attention, browsing) and click operation records (interests, clicks, searches, likes, favorites, shares, comments, publishing records and related behaviors). If you wish to turn off our recommendations based on relevant information, you can refer to Article 2.14 of this policy.

2.1.2. When you use the publishing and editing content functions, we will ask you to authorize storage (albums, media and other files), camera (camera), and microphone (recording) permissions. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of FauxLab. In order to increase the upload speed of videos, enrich publishing functions and optimize the experience, we will temporarily load the video you edited to the server before you click "Publish Notes". If you exit the editing page or do not publish the notes for other reasons, we will delete the relevant videos immediately. You can turn off this function through [Me-Settings-General Settings-Do not allow early upload of videos when publishing].

2.1.3. When you use the publish, comment, like, favorite, and share functions, the text, photos, videos, audio, comments, likes, favorites, and sharing records you publish will be stored on our servers, because storage is necessary to achieve this function. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can delete this information at any time.

2.2. Safe operation and risk control verification. In order to ensure the safe operation of the software and services, prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, prevent fraud more accurately and protect account security, we will collect your device information [including: device model, device name, SIM card serial number, device serial number, device unique identifier (including: IMEI, IMSI, AndroidID, IDFA, OAID, MEID)], geographic location, running processes, storage (albums, media and other files), browser type and settings, language settings, sensors, operating system and application version, network device hardware address (MAC address), login IP address, network access method, network quality data, mobile network information (including operator name), product version number and software usage record information. Domestically, it will be displayed to the province (region, city), and overseas, it will be displayed to the country (region). The information is based on the network operator's data.

2.3. Search function. When you use the FauxLab search function, we will collect your query keywords, reading records and access time, comments and interaction records. Collecting this information can provide you with the content you need and services that may be of greater interest to you, and can also improve our products and services.

2.4. Positioning function. When you turn on the device positioning function and use the related services provided by FauxLab based on geographic location (including content recommendation, content publishing, shopping editing delivery information, and data editing), we may collect information about your geographic location after obtaining your separate consent through a pop-up window. Geographic location information is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the above-mentioned location-based related services, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of FauxLab.

2.5. Interactive functions and services.

2.5.1. When you follow accounts that interest you, browse, comment, like, collect, and share content, we will collect the accounts you follow and the aforementioned information, and show you the content posted by the accounts you follow; at the same time, the content you like or collect will be shown to your fans. You can set the collected content to be visible only to yourself. You can turn it on in [Me] - [Collections] - [Collections Albums].

2.5.2. When you use the function of recommending friends in your address book or you actively discover friends, we will collect your address book information after obtaining your explicit consent, and use it to show you the friends in your address book, and your friends can also see that you use FauxLab services. If you do not want to be recommended, you can choose to turn it off in [Me] - click on the upper left corner - [Settings] - [Privacy Settings] - [Do not recommend me to people you may know]. Address book information is personal sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only make you unable to use the above functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of FauxLab and related services.

2.5.3. When you purchase goods or services, if you need to edit the delivery information, we may request your address book permission. Address book permission is a sensitive permission. Refusing to provide it will only make you unable to edit the delivery information through the address book, but will not affect the use of other functions.

2.5.4. When you choose to add friends by scanning a QR code, we may request camera (camera) permissions from you. Camera (camera) permissions are sensitive permissions. Refusing to provide them will only prevent you from adding friends by scanning a QR code and will not affect the use of other functions.

2.6. Purchase, query, and use virtual property. To facilitate your query of virtual property and minimize possible risks, Wallet] will record your top-up, balance, and usage.

2.7. Identity authentication function and account retrieval.

2.7.1. When you use the identity authentication function to apply to become a certified user, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID number or photo, and facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity. 2.7.2. 2.7.3. 2.7.4. When you apply for the product cooperation function, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID number or photo, facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity; in order to help you successfully complete the product cooperation, we may collect your mobile phone number or WeChat account. If you refuse to provide it, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of FauxLab.

2.7.5. When you apply for the brand cooperation function, in order to verify your personal identity and determine whether you meet the entry requirements for using the brand cooperation function, we may collectYour real name, ID number or photo, FauxLab account information, occupation, education and income details. If you refuse to provide, it will not affect the normal use of other functions of FauxLab.

2.8. Product purchase function. You can order products/services in the FauxLab mall. In order to help you complete transactions smoothly, ensure the security of your transactions, query order information, and provide logistics services, we will collect your transaction product/service information, order number, order time, transaction amount, payment method, consignee name, address, contact number, and logistics information when you place an order or complete a transaction. For some special types of goods and services, you also need to provide other information necessary for the product or service, for example, when it involves cross-border transactions, you need to provide your real name, ID number, and photos of the front and back of your ID to complete customs clearance.

2.9. When you apply to activate the digital collection function, we may collect your identity information, including your real name, ID number or photo, and facial recognition information, to verify your personal identity.

2.10. Customer service and after-sales service functions. When you contact our customer service or make an after-sales application for our products and/or services, our system may record the communication records between you and the customer service. For the security of your account and system, we may need you to provide relevant personal information to match the personal information you previously provided to verify your user identity. After successful verification, we may collect your communication information with us (account information, order information, pictures/videos/text information and related information you provide to prove relevant facts), your contact information, and your communication records with us, including online communication records, telephone recordings, so as to solve problems for you and improve our products and/or services as soon as possible. At the same time, we may proactively contact you by phone, text message, in-site message and related methods to communicate about problems you have encountered during the use of our products and services.

2.10.1. When you have a dispute with the platform or merchant using FauxLab services, we may retrieve and use the recording information as a reference for resolving the dispute.

2.10.2. In order to provide you with customer service and after-sales service, we mayCall RecordingStored in a third-party customer service system, we will ensure that third parties cannot access your Call Recording; Except in the following circumstances, the platform will not provide the recording to anyone (including the caller and the called party): a. 2.11. Payment function. You can purchase goods/services and FauxLab membership services on FauxLab. You may need to make a payment when using this function. During the payment process, we may collect your third-party payment account (Alipay account, WeChat account, UnionPay account and related accounts).

2.12. Information pre-filling function. When you fill in forms or order information on the FauxLab platform, in order to help you save time filling in the form, we will automatically fill in the form information for you based on the name, gender (if any), mobile phone number, and region (if any) you provided to the platform when you registered or shopped.

2.13. Skin testing and makeup trial functions. When you use the skin testing or makeup trial functions provided by FauxLab, we may need to collect your storage (albums, media and other files), camera (camera) permissions or facial information to provide you with this service after obtaining your separate consent through a pop-up window. However, we will not store your facial feature information after providing skin testing and makeup trial services. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned facial feature information, you will not be able to experience our skin testing and makeup trial functions, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions of FauxLab.

Please note that since the above-mentioned facial feature information is directly related to your personal and property safety, you need to consider carefully when providing it to us. We will only collect and process your above-mentioned facial feature information for the purpose of providing you with skin testing and makeup trial services, and the processing of personal information will only affect the results of the skin testing and makeup trial functions you experience.

2.14. To ensure that you can maintain instant communication with the backend server when using the FauxLab platform services and that you can receive personalized content push in a timely manner, we will i) obtain and call your startup broadcast permission to start FauxLab or its affiliates' mobile client software, ii) use a third-party message push service to generate an identification ID for you to distinguish the uniqueness of your device, and iii) read the phone status to determine whether the FauxLab software is in the foreground or background to improve the timeliness of the push service.

2.15. In order to show you personalized content or ensure that you can get more appropriate content, we may collect your records of searching/playing/displaying recommended content on the FauxLab platform, audio and video playback records, or use your personal information (such as gender, birthday) filled in. If you are not interested in the push content or want to reduce certain information push, you can long press the note content and click "Not interested". You can also choose to turn off push information. In order to provide you with more convenient product information display, search and push services that better meet your personalized needs, we will extract your preference characteristics based on your device information (including the device information and mobile application list information described in Article 2.2) and your browsing and usage information and purchase records when using the FauxLab client, and produce indirect population portraits based on feature tags for displaying, pushing information and possible commercial advertisements to you (Please understand that device information alone cannot identify the identity information of a specific natural person. 4. Exceptions to Authorization and Consent

According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:

C. E. Real-name authentication review service provider: When you perform real-name authentication or use the account recovery function, we will share your personal information with the third-party review service provider so that you can successfully recover your account.

F. Skin testing service provider: The specific skin testing function is provided by a third-party service provider that cooperates with FauxLab. When you use this function, we will share the personal information you provide to the platform based on this function with the third-party service provider so that you can experience this function smoothly.

G. Third-party mini-programs: When you use third-party mini-programs, we will not share your personal information with these developers and operators without your consent. When you use a mini-program, the mini-program may use the relevant system permissions you authorized, and you can withdraw such authorization in the corresponding mini-program.

H. Digital Collection Technical Service Provider: When you use the Digital Collection function, we will share the personal information you provide to the platform with third-party technical service providers so that you can experience the function smoothly.

I. Other business partners: partners who entrust us to carry out promotion and advertising. You authorize us to share the indirect user portrait formed by our use of your relevant information collection with the partners who entrust us to carry out promotion and advertising, so as to help them make advertising or decision-making recommendations, improve the effective reach of advertising, and further understand user needs. J. Cooperating third-party SDK service providers: When you use the functions provided by a third party in FauxLabAPP, we may access the software development kit (SDK) provided by the third party to implement the relevant functions. At this time, the third-party SDK service provider may collect your relevant personal information. We will fulfill our prudent obligations and conduct strict security monitoring of the aforementioned third-party SDK to protect the security of personal information:
